When your skin is burnt it is best to avoid harsh or pungent soaps, they may cause skin to be more irritated and tender.
Prickly Heat
Itchy skin caused by hot weather can be soothed by adding baking soda to a lukewarm bath. Baking soda contains sodium bicarbonate which calms inflammation. Adding 40-50 ml of baking soda to a bath can help reduce discomfort.
Dehydration
Dehydration may not be considered as one of the summer skin problems, but it's for a fact that to have a healthy glowing skins, one must keep oneself hydrated.

Water is the best way to prevent dehydration and it is very important to drink plenty of water if you are dehydrated. Here are some other tips and remedies for dehydration:
Watery fruits and vegetables, like strawberries, melons, cucumber, and tomatoes, are good foods to eat if you are dehydrated.
Fresh coconut water helps balance electrolytes by giving your body potassium and iron, which helps soothe dehydration.
An epsom salt bath is a great home remedy for the symptoms of dehydration. Because of the magnesium in the salts it combats fatigue and muscle aches.
Insect Bites
To soothe an insect or mosquito bite here are a couple quick remedies to apply to the effected area:
A slice of lemon or a banana peel
A mixture of baking soda and water
Apple cider vinegar
Or a mixture of water and tea tree and lavender essential oil dabbed onto the skin with a cotton ball
